Katinka Monkman

Katinka joined Doerr Dallas Valuations as Executive Assistant to Rachel Doerr in April 2025.

With over 10 years of experience in operations, logistics, and client relations, Katinka brings a strong background in supporting high-level leadership across the arts and hospitality sectors. She has worked in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, and France, and is fluent in German and English, with conversational French.

Before joining the team, she held senior roles in contemporary art galleries, where she managed sales operations, led teams, and oversaw international logistics and events. Her earlier career in luxury hospitality, including positions at the Four Seasons in Paris and The Ritz Carlton in Berlin, laid the groundwork for her focus on service, organisation, and attention to detail.

She now supports Rachel Doerr in day-to-day operations, project coordination, and client communication, drawing on her international experience and adaptable skill set to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
